F.I.T uses Highfield’s Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), which is is the UK and Middle East’s leading supplier of compliance qualifications and apprenticeships.
HABC is regulated by Ofqual, the Welsh Government, the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) and the Security Industry Authority (SIA). HABC operates on the core values of quality, value, service and integrity.
FIT utilise Highfields of the UK, level 1 and 2, award winning training Food Hygiene programs, which will be the minimum standard required for all catering personnel on board ships.

FIT, in co-operation with Magsaysay, carry out on-board training and audits, inspecting and training crew in Food Safety Management (HACCP) in line with the MLC 2006 Regulation 3.2 Food and Catering.
